Showroom Sales Consultant ($16.00-$18.00p/h) - Full-time / Part-time

An Aerotek client located in Chantilly, VA is looking to hire a FT Inside Sales Associate for their commercial lighting showroom. This will be primarily B2B face-to-face consulting with contractors assisting them with selecting the appropriate lighting solutions for their projects. This is a great opportunity for folks that enjoy learning about products and educating customers in an energetic and positive environment!

* Works independently to provide creative recommendations on design for their clientele
* Organize, plan, and schedule installation and completion of projects, working closely with the warehouse residential team(s) and other relevant personnel
* Establishes goals and priorities for all secured and/or assigned projects
* Monitor performance from vendors and alerts of potential problems
* Monitor the order, changes, and releases, advising the contractor(s) of important scheduling details, as necessary
* Must handle all correspondences, prioritize and execute good judgment, demonstrate initiative and tact with customers and vendors on all levels
* Responsible for returned goods authorizations, debit, and claim processes
* Visits customer and/or builder job sites or homes to ensure timely project completion to the satisfaction of the customers
* Market to new prospects by attending trade shows and general business networking functions
* Builds and keep relationships strong with current and prospective clientele
* Works and administrative staff to ensure that the order is processed efficiently and correctly
* Perform all other tasks and projects as and when assigned by the manager and/or appointed VP
