Job Description:
This position is acting as a quality liaison between the company's production facility in Missouri and their customer, NHK. They will be responsible for monitoring the material shipped from the company to NHK. Most of the job will be to ensure the foam sent from the company is up to the quality standards and tolerances requested. This person will be doing quality inspections once the product arrives and documenting their findings. Must have strong customer service skills. There will be daily requirements of sending reports to the Quality manager. Ensuring that the PPAP's line up with the customer's needs is also a part of the job.
Qualifications:
- Supplier Quality Customer Service Experience- Strong Communication Experience
- Inventory Management Experience
- Quality Inspection Experience
- Computer Skills- Excel, PowerPoint, Quality Auditing Software
