NOW HIRING PRODUCTION WORKERS/BATCH MIXERS TO START ASAP!
Seeking Production Associates to join our growing team in a glue manufacturing plant in the south of Richmond.
Experience material handling in a chemical environment or hazmat related manufacturing facility is strongly desired!
Job Details:
- 40+ hours weekly
- Report to same location every day
- Full time, not project based
- Great benefits package available

Job Duties:
- Packing and sorting materials for batch mixing
- follow batch sheets and a recipe of ingredients
- This candidate will be learning to operate Gala underwater pelletizer and physical work involving setting up drums and loading 8,000lb batches, much of it by hand adding up to 55lb bags to the recipe.
- Candidates (with assistance) will be loading 200lb drums of powder
- Handle hardened adhesive and prep for re packing, on feet all day in a hot, dirty environment
