Our client in San Rafael is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving and vouching invoices
- Obtaining payment approvals
- Coding invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts
- Preparing batches
- Matching and reconciling payments to invoices
- Data entry of vendor information
- Approving, coding, and inputting all vendor invoices
Pay: $18/hr-$20/hr based on experience
Shift: Monday- Friday. Flexibility with start and end times.
