About this job

Our client in San Rafael is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and vouching invoices
  • Obtaining payment approvals
  • Coding invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts
  • Preparing batches
  • Matching and reconciling payments to invoices
  • Data entry of vendor information
  • Approving, coding, and inputting all vendor invoices

Pay: $18/hr-$20/hr based on experience

Shift: Monday- Friday. Flexibility with start and end times.
