P&C Licensed Agents Needed! Work from Home!

Licensed P&C Sales Agents needed for a large insurance company located off I-17 and Peoria!

These will be work from home positions after 5 weeks of training

• Job Description
  • Take inbound sales requests from partners and customers
  • Make outbound follow up calls to qualified leads
  • Follow up on quotes offered
  • Seek and act on cross selling opportunities
• Training
  • Classroom training for 2 weeks, 3 weeks of on the job training
  • After completion of the 5 weeks training then will be set up to work from home
• Schedule AFTER training:
  • Need to be available to work at LEAST one weekend day
• Compensation
  • Average first year income is around $60,000/year

Qualifications:

• Must have current Property and Casualty License
• The ability to handle high volume call center customer service atmosphere
• Bilingual preferred
• The ability to provide excellent customer service by identifying needs and fulfilling the request
• Excellent computer skills (essential)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Call center and insurance exp. Preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task
