Customer Service Rep - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently hiring entry level customer service reps!

Candidates will be expected be comfortable with inbound and outbound calls. Calls will range from contacting clients in regards to health insurance, open enrollment, or other health care industry needs. These are all warm calls, no cold calling involved!

Pay: $11/hr.

$12.25/hr for bilingual

Design your own schedule! Scheduling is very flexible. Part time employees must work at minimum of 20 hours per week. Hours of operation are Monday-Sunday, 6:30am-10pm, you can pick your hours anytime within these times.

Must haves:

• Good attendance record
• Comfortable on phones and computers
• High school diploma or GED
