HR Assistant for large Telecommunications call center!

$15-17/HR depending on experience plus up to 10% of gross salary bonused monthly, following 90 days of tenure.

Job Description:

Provides administrative and clerical support to Human Resources Generalist in day to day activities. Duties may vary daily dependent on the needs of the call center environment. (Entry level position)

  • Assist with on-boarding preparations (data entry).
  • Assist with new hire class administrative tasks including cutting out new hire pictures and gluing to card-stock, updating bulletin boards, passing out b-day and anniversary cards.
  • Answer, greet and check in visitors.
  • Employee recognition.
  • Employee communication - desk drops, flyers, HR board support.
  • General administrative and clerical support for the site.
  • Community activities support.
  • Committee involvement as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of admin/clerical experience, ability to multitask
  • 1 year of experience in HR or education related to HR
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent customer service and approachability
  • 2-4 year college degree is preferred

Need to be open to working an 8 hour shift between 7am-6pm M-F.
