Consumer Relations Representative

Job Description:

-Exhibit excellent problem solving skills to transform vague situations into defined problems and provide solutions

-Provide advanced information and education to consumers regarding products and services and identify opportunities to suggest additional products

-Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, and alert Supervisor of trends that may impact the business and share feedback with larger group

-Has latitude to suggest and develop processes that will enhance and automate our current communication with consumer

-Understand the "trouble points" on products and is able to walk consumer through problem solving

-Conduct administrative follow-up work to evaluate and improve consumer satisfaction

-Maintain a consumer satisfaction process that identifies and achieves satisfaction metrics established by management
