Technical Customer Support Representative

Exciting opportunity!!

International Tech Company is currently hiring Technical Customer Support Specialist in Miami, FL.

Duties:

• Support customer service calls primarily in English and handle back to back calls regarding questions related to website passwords, billing, software, and some technical (If hired, paid training will be provided)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Experience working within the tech industry or having a passion for technology
• Must be innovative, critical thinker, problem solver, and have ability to identify challenges and solutions
• Availability to work an 8 hour work shift between the hours of 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday
• Fluent in English
