Picking Packing

Food Production Environment (Cookies, donuts, brownies and cakes):

Location: Fullerton, CA

Baking Department (3AM, 4AM, 5AM start times - Noon or before):

- Will be assisting in the baking of goods, cutting brownies.

- Place products into the carriers or pans from the racks


Packing Department (7am- 3:30pm):

- Place liners in to baskets and pans placing them in stacks as required.

o Infeed: place the correct number of the specified product on to the in feed conveyor of the wrapper.
o Label: place, in the proper location, the correct label for each item.
o Packing: placing the wrapped and labeled products in trays.
 Clean equipment in accordance to Bakery Express standard cleaning procedures.

Picking Department (11am- 7:30am):

- Build towers consisting of fourteen trays containing four wire baskets, with paper liner, each.

- Assist other departments in packing donuts, picking orders and frozen setup as needed.

Work is not difficult, management is great, just looking for good people able to show up to work on time, not miss many days and motivated to work! All positions start at $12 an hour.
