$15-16/hr Crane Rigger

Hours:

7:30am - 5pm, but there will be some OT

Job Description:

This position will have a lot of variety - it is rare to ever do the same thing 2 days in a row.
Will be doing concrete cutting: hand sawing, slab sawing, wall sawing, wire sawing, core drilling and concrete repair. They will train on the specific techniques for all of these and just need someone who isn't afraid to work hard and get dirty.

Will also be helping with the crane crew. They will be on the ground giving hand signals to the crane operator to help guide them and make sure they are operating the crane safely and effectively.

Qualifications:

-Must be able to lift 100 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Should be comfortable working with a team and be willing to take direction
-Construction background is preferred, but they are willing to consider applicants from any background as long as they are ok with working outside and doing hard labor.
-Must have at least a basic knowledge of equipment, be teachable and mechanically inclined
-Experience with concrete cutting is a huge plus
-Experience with hand signals or working around cranes would be preferred.

-Must be able to do some travel.
