Heavy Equipment Operator

I am seeking two Heavy Equipment Operators to run equipment on job sites during the pre-construction phases of projects. Below is a brief job description, please apply with Austin if you are interested. Pay can but up to $26 per hour for qualified candidates.

Dig around utilities, pipelines, gas lines, etc.
Assure that the operator is getting the correct depth to match the blueprint.
Coordinate with the foreman and superintendent for correct digs.
80% in the seat, this person will also have the responsibility of being a laborer when needed and would go down in the trench. Operate the equipment in the right direction and angles to prevent accidents and damage of property.
Ensure and manage the machines or equipment in a safe and secure way.
Perform periodical safety, maintenance or servicing checks to ensure proper functioning of the equipment.
Respond to signals and directions by the laborers and work in coordination with them
