About this job

Rep will start out managing a couple of webstores with more added over time. This entails managing order shipments and back-orders internally as well as with customers, and working closely with the warehouse to ensure everything ships in a timely manner. Rep will also work with purchasing on re-ordering items as required.

-Data Entry
-entering rebates and orders that come through via fax
-Customer Service
-field phone calls for the NAPA (auto parts) program
-taking orders over the phone and answering any customer questions
-processing email and online orders

Qualifications:

* Must be both comfortable and professional with making/taking customer calls
* Proficient in Excel
* Must have excellent time management skills as we are responsible for hitting time-lines with the warehouse and event dates
* Must be able to prioritize and have excellent follow-up in support of multiple sales teams
* Willing to learn new processes
* Self-starter with ability to multi-task
