Machine Operator / General Production Worker - Full-time / Part-time

We're looking for 8 machine operators / general production workers to join a growing manufacturing plant in Fridley. There's 4 openings on first shift and 4 openings on second shift.

There are multiple opportunities for raises and a great opportunity to learn multiple skills in a manufacturing setting. Individuals have made up to $17/HR within a year with good production numbers.

Duties could include: Assembly, Repacking, Painting, Deburring, General Production, Entry Level Machine Operation, Parts washing, Spot welding

*Additional duties are on large metal stamping machines - candidates must be OK with working around large hydraulic presses and being on their feet all day.

Qualifications
-Prefer some exposure to manufacturing, but not required.
-Must have Steel-Toed boots
-Must be comfortable doing some repetitive work, and standing all day. There are both production runs and prototype runs.
-Must have a desire to learn - they will be trained on more machines and on a variety of duties.

-Candidates do NOT have to have experience operating any of the machines listed above - mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn is primarily what they are looking for.

Once a permanent employee:
-Boot Program: $130 on date of hire; then $25 per calendar quarter
-Prescription Safety Glasses available
