My company is partnering with a health insurance company to bring on the top Customer Service Agents in the area!
Job Duties:
- Receiving inbound calls regarding reporting and payment adjustments from providers regarding federal Medicare program
- Multitask to talk and type while entering information into system
- Look up tax ID numbers and assist callers with next steps to take to solve their concerns
Qualifications:
- Customer service background-this can be call center, restaurant, or retail
- Strong computer skills and be able to listen to a phone call, talk and type at the same time
- Medical terminology is a plus
Pay:
- $16/hr
Shifts:
- Must be available M-F from 7am-7pm- will only work an 8 hour shift between this time (i.e 7-4, 8-5, 9-6, 10-7)
