There is currently (2) Openings for warehouse associates This is a direct placement opportunity.
The warehouse associate will be responsible for working within the shipping/receiving department and fulfilling orders.
Responsibilities will include:
- loading and unloading trucks
- scanning and labeling parts
- wrapping parts
- entering data and keeping accurate inventory counts
- quality inspecting parts
- 25 trucks come in per day that they will need to load and unload with high urgency. They will be in front of a computer screen and will need to be comfortable on a computer. When unloading the parts they will be responsible for measuring the parts, taking a picture of the parts, weighing the parts, and entering them in the computer system. They will be using Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, and Outlook for emailing purposes. In Excel there is a template called a ticket entry that they will simply need to fill in, they will not be creating any new templates.
The candidate will be working a mixed shift which is 10:00 am - 6:30 Pm Monday through Friday schedule and then overtime is worked on the weekends. The overtime is available on a volunteer basis but not required.
