A growing civil consulting firm located in Iowa City, IA is looking for a civil designer/drafter. This is a casual, family-oriented office setting with room for advancement. Pay is based on experience.
Qualifications:
2 years construction based CAD drafting (civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
OR
2 year Associates degree in construction design
Job Duties:
-Red line CAD drawings
-Create blueprints in Civil 3D
-Prepare construction documents
-Design roadways and private development
-Develop grading plans
-Transfer hand-drawings in CAD
