Lab Technician

This location primarily focuses on the testing of Silica which is used for a wide variety of commercial and consumer products.
Working in the lab doing sample preparation for samples of silica soil, petroleum, and clay.
Will be working primarily in their Drill Core Lab were they will take silica soil samples that come in from the mining field and clean up the samples and get the prepped for final product.
Take the prepped soil and petroleum samples to be analyzed by chemistry and production laboratories.
Once they have learned their way around the Drill Core Lab and the managers are confident in their ability can then learn the tests that are preformed in the other labs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor in hard Science (Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry, Environmental Science or Geology Degrees
Must have some laboratory exposure (can be from school) and knowledge of basic chemistry
