About this job
We are looking to add a project engineer/coordinator to our construction management.
Candidate will support $100-$1mill projects from Snohomish, King and Pierce County.
Candidates will have 1-3+ years of experience supporting Commercial Building TI's or ground up construction.
Background in construction from GC, Owners Rep or Sub-Contractors.
Candidates will have experience with:
RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, construction documentation
