About this job
-Assure that parts and assemblies manufactured in-house and from outside vendors meet the accepted quality levels through Engineering drawings and specifications
-Support and participate in activities that continuously improve the processes and safety of the Inspection and Final Test areas
-Collect and record SPC (Statistical Process Control) data as required
-Bonus if someone can perform tests on parts using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Candidate needs to have solid experience operating the CMM and hopefully some experience programming in PC DMIS.
Will be expected to primarily do part inspection. They may do some final product testing and sub-assembly inspection. The main focus will be machined part inspection
-Must be fluent on all of the standard inspection tool use.
-Contract to hire position which offers a significant increase in pay after they prove their worth and go permanent with us.
