Laboratory Technician - Full-time / Part-time

We are hiring a Laboratory Technician to help oversee quality for their bakery ingredients which is usually in powder form. They mix the ingredients for different bread, donuts, tortillas and other products for bakeries.

Job Duties:

• Complete Titrations
• Test granule size, color and weight
• Test sodium levels
• Test PH levels
• Document findings
• Measure ingredients
• Test for allergens and gluten
• Stage equipment
• Move product to the lab area

Environment:

• Manufacturing environment but majority of time spent in the lab
• Lab has about 9 people they will work with one other person on the day to day
• Professional lab culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in a science related field
• OR
• 2 years of experience in industrial food quality

This position is 1st shift (7a-3:30p), Monday through Friday and pays $15/hr.
