HR Director

One of our Healthcare clients is currently seeking a HR Director to play a crucial role int he development of the company. The role will be responsible for strategic developing and handling the HR departments for two companies. This role is also responsible for driving the culture and setting the environment for success as well as running all day-to-day HR operations

* Responsible for ongoing reports to the Executive Committee and Board.
* Develop short-term and long-term strategy in support of organizations strategic goals
* Maintains employee personnel files. To include professional growth.
* Manage the administration of health, dental, vision and life insurance programs.
* Manage Payroll.
* Manage all employees PTO.
* Manage recruitment for new positions.
* Maintains the work structure by assisting in updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
* Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
* Implement orientation of new employees and maintain employees Policies and Procedures.
* Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids.
* Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and maintaining records.
* Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
* Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
