Immediate Need for Call Center Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Immediate hires are needed to work in Danbury/Brookfield CT to work at a call center

Shifts:

1st shift, 2nd shift, PT time schedule and flexible schedule for students.

Compensation:

$12-$12.50 with opportunities to grow

Job responsibilities :

Fielding inbound calls for large telecommunications companies collecting past due payments for the companies to make sure their cable is turned back on

Positions requires heavy data entry, and conflict resolution Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

Customer Service Representatives must be strong communicators CSR must be skilled with MS Word and Excel

Entry level role is excellent for reliable and motivated candidates Must have a good phone voice and be able to communicate well Customer Service Representative must live within a reasonable commute of the Danbury, CT area and have reliable transportation

Must be able to prioritize. Strong typing and data entry skills are required for CSR. At least 25+ words per minute along with high school diploma or GED. English and Spanish bilingual speaking roles are both available
