Aerotek is partnering with a large client in the telecommunications industry. We have immediate openings for inside sales representatives with a base salary and uncapped commission.
These individuals will drive revenue through new business development, proactively contacting existing business, and prospecting for new business.
Major job duties:
- Must make 80+ while creating your own leads and coming up with different sales strategies.
- Reach out to current and new customers via telephone and email while also prospecting for new accounts.
- Use Salesforce to track the process and build a book of business.
- Identify the needs of any customer, controlling the phone call, and capturing the attention of the contact.
Job requirements and qualifications:
- Motivated, driven and must have a "headhunter's mentality"
- Bilingual is a huge plus - Fluent in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Telecommunications and Salesforce experience a plus.
Additional Information:
- This a contract-to-hire opportunity, and if converted, the base salary will be raised to $20/hr.
- Hours are M-F 8-5pm.
- 2 days of training before starting on the phones.
- Must be willing and interested in learning the industry on their own!
