Aerotek is hiring for several Loan Document Specialists for one of their mortgage companies in Downtown Denver, Colorado. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, with flexible first shift hours and starting pay of $16/hr- $17/hr.
Qualifications of the Loan Document Specialist
- Looking for someone with at least 2 years of commercial loan documentation, specifically in collateral documents
- One year experience working with insurance forms
- Someone who is familiar with mortgages on the back end/servicing side instead of the origination side
- Looking for someone who has basic Excel skills (i.e. formatting, formatting, etc.)
- Someone who is familiar with MS Outlook and Word as well
- Looking for someone who enjoys researching documents and analyzing information
Responsibilities of the Loan Document Specialist
- Will be reviewing hazard insurance files and looking at the collateral documents and reviewing.
- Will be first trying to understand what the collateral is and second, who is pledging the collateral.
- May have to call or email insurance companies, lawyers, or policy holders to clarify information.
- Quality assurance of loan documents to ensure correct information.
