Customer Service Representative Job Description:

Aerotek at Whirlpool Corporation is seeking qualified candidates for the Inbound Customer Service/Contact Center in Benton Harbor. Candidates will interact with Whirlpool customers and are responsible for answering questions in addition to resolving concerns/problems associated with appliances. You will have an opportunity to earn commission based bonuses through various sales opportunities. Great performance earns you the opportunity to earn pay increase after just six months and then again at a year, in addition eligibility to apply for a permanent position within Whirlpool Corporation. You'll be much more than part of a Call Center, you'll be a Care Expert who helps retain and grow the customer base!

This is a contract to hire position - $10 per hour with paid training

Candidates must have open availability from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm on Monday - Friday and from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Saturdays.

Contractors will be working five days and 40 hours per week. Schedules can change every 90 days, prior to the schedule change contractors' will be given a two week notice.

Schedule availability is based off of business needs and contractor performance.

The first two and a half weeks will be classroom training where contractors will learn system navigation and product knowledge.

Upon graduating training, contractors will be transitioned to the Applied Learning Zone where they will continue to have support from leads, mentors, and supervisors.
