Customer Service Rep

Provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents and internal customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to ensure service standards are met.

Field 75-100 calls daily. Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.

Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and all products, services and processes performed by the team.
