About this job

The company is currently seeking a Buyer Support Specialist/CSR for their "Customer Care Center" in Oak Brook.

Strong communication skills in English is required. Duties include (but are not limited to) researching and analyzing customer issues and accounts, understanding the complexities of the buyer registration process, registering buyers, handling a variety of complaints and guiding customers through the website and bidding process. The job entails handling a heavy volume of calls from both a US and worldwide customer base, multi-tasking with paperwork and customer follow-up.


MUST HAVE:
-Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese
-1+ years in a previous Customer Service role, ideally in a call center setting.

- Be open to working overtime/weekends
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook are most important as they will be utilizing Outlook heavily for email communication)
