A growing, large sized technology company in the Historic Raleigh Downtown District has immediate openings to join their inside sales team.


Title:

Associate Corporate Sales Representative


Job Summary:

The Associate Corporate Sales Representative (ACSR) will be responsible for increasing the penetration of vertical small/medium & large business markets and cultivating prospects into customers through the management and follow up of lead generation efforts. The ACSR will initiate the selling process for the Corporate Sales Representative (CSR) team by gathering data on leads and setting scheduled client solutions demonstration appointments. They responsible for tracking and maintaining accurate sales activity data within the CRM database and communication distribution to the CSR team to support products.


Job Duties:

  • Develop and apply an understanding of client's products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques and customer base while qualifying leads via open-probing qualification questions
  • Invest time and effort into learning and practicing prospecting techniques, while following up on outbound leads
  • Begin to achieve sales targets and demonstrate progress towards achieving sales strategies with internal CSR counterparts.
  • Set qualified demonstration appointments for CSR counterparts with new potential customers to address their business needs.
  • Collaborate and interact with CSR Team on newly qualified leads
  • Collaborate and interact with Vertical Sales Specialists for regular training
  • Participate in weekly product and sales methodology training and development
  • Identify and develop opportunities in order to leverage sales opportunities


Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and computer with potential customers required
  • Proven self-starter with motivated attitude to manage multiple tasks, projects and responsibilities
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong telemarketing skills
  • Strong desire to achieve and progress within the Sales group career path
  • No travel required


Additional Information:

  • M-F 8:30a-5:00p (hours are flexible - if you hit your quota for the week staying late is not required or necessary)
  • Uncapped Commission
  • On Target Earnings (OTE) - averages
      • 1st year 15k+
      • 2nd year 35k+
