General Office Clerk

Job Summary:

This position may be assigned to one or more clerical tasks as needed, some tasks may include, accounts receivable, keypunching for routes, filing, customer service or a variety of like tasks. Performs other tasks as needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Accurate and timely computer data entry
  • Excellent communication skills whether in person or through phone calls
  • Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for reporting
  • Perform tasks such as daily deposits, Customer master maintenance, Branch item maintenance, bank statements, Accounts Payable
  • Printing and organizing daily paperwork for routes, use postage meter, computer back-ups and customer billing.
  • Filing

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates good computer experience and ability to learn quickly is a must
  • Experience with data entry, adding machines and phones
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to comprehend and follow direction.
  • High school graduate or similar experience.
