About this job
An established company that provides services to locations throughout the United States is actively seeking a qualified field service technician in the Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas.
The field service technician will be responsible for planning and coordinating scheduled maintenance at various airport locations and land entry points throughout the Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas. The field service technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment and machinery at a variety of locations throughout the Buffalo, NY and the surrounding areas.
The most qualified candidate will have prior experience performing troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance on complex equipment, machinery or aircraft. The most qualified candidate will have experience performing troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs on equipment that includes a combination of electrical, electronics, mechanical and systems. The most qualified candidate will have experience reading and interpreting schematics. Experience with PLCs is preferred but not required. Due to client company requirements, a valid U.S. driver's license and a verifiable high school diploma, GED or equivalent or higher level of education is required for consideration.
