Collections Representative

This is a collections role that is beginning April 16th. See below for the job description:

Job Description:

You will be calling customers via inbound and outbound calls to delinquent status of their mortgage loan. You will be responding to customer requests within established timeliness in order to maintain service level expectations and deliver quality service to customers. Must have superior communication and customer service skills, including professional empathy, customer care, passion and enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and the ability to overcome basic objections.

Basic Qualifications:

1. 12 Consecutive months of employment as a collector

2. Prior customer service experience (call center preferred)

Other job Specifications:

Hours will be 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday and 1 Saturday every third week. When you work on Saturday you will get a day off during the week.
