Grinder/Finisher for Aerospace Company - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is hiring for an aerospace parts manufacturer in the Redmond area. These position would be a long-term opportunity on a weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 3x10 schedule) with opportunities for overtime. Starting pay for this position is $15.35 and will likely increase over $1 after a 90-day period. Below are details for the actual role and qualifications.

Job Duties

• Perform work in the areas of dimensional and visual finishing in a productive and efficient manner on aerospace and medical castings
• Assure travelers, rework cards and discrepancy tags are properly completed
• Blend difficult radius to gages and blend dimensional walls within .001"

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in shop math including fractions and decimals
• Must be able to read reports and use computer
• Working with hand/power tools including grinders and deburring
