Multimillion Dollar Company in the Miami Beach area is seeking Technical Customer Support Representatives to join their team!

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Working within the tech industry in an entry level position
  • Must be innovative, critical thinker, problem solver, and have ability to identify challenges and solutions
  • Availability to work an 8 hour work shift between the hours of 9am-6pm Monday-Friday
  • Fluent in English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Will support customer service calls regarding credentials (passwords), billing, software, and some technical.
