About this job

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for driving and completing projects related to the development and manufacture of medical devices. This person is also often the primary technical point of contact for the customer. Provides technical support and solutions for manufacturing to meet quality, safety and cost objectives. Ensures quality system and customer requirements are met. Will be leading New Product Introduction from start to finish, but only from a facility-centric standpoint. Including validation of any new process introduced to the production line or new piece of equipment added to the line. Develop manufacturing processes, equipment/tooling alternatives, sequence, and flow of operations for the effective utilization of personnel, material, machines, and facilities necessary for the production of parts.

Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering product development, with experience in
one or more of the following:
* Low-noise RF/Ultrasound Receiver design.
* Low-noise and high voltage power supply design and power distribution.
* High bandwidth time sensitive data communication with embedded high performance parallel
signal and image processing (e.g. GPU, FPGA).
* Design for Manufacturing.
A Master's of Science degree in electrical engineering
