Client Support Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Requirements:

-BACHELORS DEGREE REQUIRED - Biology/ Chemistry/ Science related preferred

- Candidates must have 1-2 years of customer service experience

- Candidates must have self starter attitudes and ability to multi-task

Job Description:

- Solutions Representatives will receive inbound calls from customers in regards to services & products. Reps primarily receive 30-50 calls. Typical call will last 5 minutes or so explaining correct usage of product.

- Utilize excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills to satisfy the needs of our customers

- Consistently provide accurate information regarding products and services to external and internal customers

- Investigate all complaints thoroughly by asking appropriate questions to determine the true nature of the event being reported; troubleshoot problems the caller may be experiencing and how products/ services and correct the issue

- Process claims according to established business rules and departmental policies and procedures
