General Production Worker

We manufacture pressure washer units for internal use and for retail stores such as NAPA. The applicant will be performing the following while being cross-trained in different departments:

Sub-assembly-
- Remove stickers with the use of Goo-gone from units and install new stickers on frames
- Install wheels on frames with the use of hand tools and impact wrenches
- Install handles on units
- Mount engines to pumps
- Use work instructions to perform assembles
- Install brass fittings

Testing:
- Fill finished units with oil and gasoline and run the unit to ensure it is working properly at the correct RPM.

Final Packaging
- Disassembling units to prepare for shipping in boxes
- Lifting up to 65 pound boxes onto pallets
- Use staple gun to close packages
- Shrink wrapping pallets
- Folding inserts for boxes
- Loading and unloading trucks of inventory


Applicants will be lifting up to 65 pounds and standing during the entire shift. .
