Job Description: Hours - 9-5 M-F

This will be preparing kits for mail team. Labeling kit with patient information. - label testing device, add in gauze and band aid.

Add in patient information card Print Label - put at home kit in box

Send mailing post cards out to customers.

Administrative/Data entry

Pull the right product for the right customer in the box with the correct label great attention to detail entering data and updating customer service team

Maintain confidentiality and HIPPA laws confidentiality- will see addresses and phone numbers

Work Environment:

Office business casual environment

50 people in the office

entry level

no experience require

Healthcare company sensitive patients on confidential situations, and going through sensitive data

Will be sitting at a work station/ shared table in the office conference room

Salary: $10.00 /hour
