Aerotek is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a nationwide company located on the North West Side of Indianapolis.
This person will be working with clients from Long-term Care Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. They will be answering overflow inbound calls and emails regarding orders. Some of the main job duties are:
- Ability to work in multi-channel support environment handling phone calls, emails and input data into the system.
- Process inbound calls and send to appropriate representative.
- Order processing and input in Great Plains.
- Review emails and fax orders to properly input into the system.
- Check available inventory, provide delivery information on open orders and product inquiries.
Quality is very important in this role. This position will consist of very detailed data entry. This representative will have repetitive customers, so remembering them and important information about them will be beneficial.
Another important role will be order matching. For example - They will look at their previous orders, match it up to their new orders and release the order to production.
