E-Commerce Business Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

Now hiring a Business Process Analyst at a well known Sporting Company, with strong testing and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications and job duties:

• Experience and knowledge of order management, or an ecommerce, or distribution background
• At least two years experience testing within systems similar to SAP
• Understanding of functions- iDoc Analyst: Failures in Sap, understanding the movement and failures that are happening
• Experience with or familiarity with ecommerce technology
• Experience testing and troubleshooting

• Understand systems flow for ecommerce life of an order from the time an order is placed online to the time it is delivered to the consumer
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement functional and/or technical solutions to achieve the desired end state
• Accountable for functional testing activities, including writing end-to-end scenarios, data coordination and preparation, test execution, and post Go Live support
• Collect data to identify root cause of problems and propose solutions
