Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated customer support representative with two years of previous customer service, technical support, and sales experience. We are e-commerce driven, therefore, great writing skills are a must, and good phone manners is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide product/ technical support regarding water purification products via email, online chat systems, and phone.
- Assist customers with product selection; give knowledgeable advice regarding filtration products and technologies.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding to sales, orders, and product support questions.
- Provide additional administrative support to team and management ensuring smooth daily operations of service department.
- Responsibly handle customers with professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm.The ideal candidate must:
- Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in English, bilingual in Chinese and/or Spanish is a plus but not required
- Energetic, enjoy working and helping people
- Is interested in water and health related issues
- Has passion for always learning new things
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate college degree is preferred, but not required.
- 2 years of previous product service experience is preferred.
- Highly skillful with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (compatible email)
- Hardworking, able to multi-task with strong attention to detail skills.
- Must be reliable, honest, patient, and organized.
- Experience in Amazon or online customer support is a plus.
