Customer Service Rep - Full-time / Part-time

These individuals will be helping on project work as the call center takes on increased call volume due to taking on an additional client project.

-Responsible for taking inbound calls from clients across the county in all time zones. -Assisting hotel customer or assisting retail client employees (depending on the project) who called in.
-Some of the project work they get trained on will be scripted and it will require the individual to follow the proper steps based off that script.
-More of the phone calls will be troubleshooting basic questions the person calls about regarding why their hotel wifi isn't working, or from a walgreens photo printer that's down.
-These individuals will document what is going wrong and escalate it to a field technician.
-For the hotel project, they often have customers pay for a wifi package and not aware there is a limit to the amount of devices that can be setup to that wifi, so it's often explaining what they purchased.
-If the issue is beyond something basic the rep can troubleshoot over the phone, they will have to either dispatch a field technician or have a new product shipped out to the site.
