Call center reps. will be responsible for taking inbound calls from clients and customers to help answer questions and resolve issues over the phone. Reps will field 50-60 calls a day, operating on a call waiting system. Each rep. will have their own desk, phone and computer system to manage the calls coming in. This is a bran-new call center within a company that has been around since the 1980's. Job Description:
-Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for handling 50-60 calls daily providing customer service information.
-Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for entering customer case/information into internal system and escalating customer service team.
-Customer Service Representatives are required to be able to type 35 words per minute. Will be responsible for entering information on customers while they are on the phone.
-Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance including filing, faxing, scanning, data entry, etc.
-Customer Service Representatives will support management with any additional projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience (Retail OR Call Center) 1+ years
- Microsoft Office experience
- Typing speed of 35wpm
- High School Diploma
