Summary:

Management of a high volume accounts by partnering with Account Managers and Regional Managers to provide information on customers accounts. Timely and efficient collection of the company's account receivables. The approval of orders on new accounts and the approval of additional billing on existing accounts resulting in maximum sales, sound receivables and minimal loss. Provide good customer service through dispute resolution. Provide support to the credit team by assisting with updates. Job and Trade information email monitoring and order approval.

On a daily basis this candidate will be assisting the sales force with credit and collection inquires. This person will be responsible for resolving both customer and sales disputes concerning billing and shipping errors researching accounts, preparing and submitting documentation to imitate account adjustments to correct billing errors or referring proper information on items requiring research to peer. This person will reduce delinquency and bad debt loss by updating accounts based alerts. Secure receivable which pose a significant credit risk and/or receivable exposure by ensuring compliance with state lien and bond laws. This individual will analyze request for credit extensions on new and existing accounts. Establish credit lines, order limits, and risk classes.

Qualifications:

  • SAP experience is a plus
  • 3+ years in collections, credit or customer service experience
  • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Must be able to handle large volume of call and multitask
  • Financial or Accounting background is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual is a plus (French or Spanish)
  • Must be able to work in a team environment

Schedule:

Monday-Friday- 8am-5pm
