Human Resources Operations Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently hiring for a Human Resources Representative in the Greater Baltimore area. Qualified candidates must have experience in the following:

• 3-5+ years HR experience
• 1+ years benefits administration experience
• HRIS experience (Ascentis system preferred)

Job Description:

• Responsible for all of the operations duties within human resources supporting an employee population of around 500 employees.
• Benefits administration
• HRIS administration
• Compliance and reporting
• HR administration and operations.
• Coordinate benefits administration duties such as leading annual open enrollment; handle routine benefits administration questions/issues such as qualifying events; process new hire benefits enrollment; support ACA reporting; coordinate COBRA administration duties; and handle benefit vendor file feeds.
• Coordinate the administration of all benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts and voluntary benefit plans.
• Acts as liaison between employee and insurance providers to resolve benefit related problems.
