Customer Support Analyst

AEROTEK Professional Services is seeking a Customer Support Analyst in the Plano, TX area.

Job Description:

• Entering data into an excel sheet.
• Entering Purchase orders, verifying that the information is valid, running reports, entering new data, v look-ups, pivot tables, macros knowledge (preferred).
• Contacting customers via phone to verify purchase orders, working with customers.
• Helping to track sales forecasts and accuracy of the sales they have currently
• Prepare quote data
• Perform contract review process
• Initiate work order release
• Coordinate and negotiate all daily activities of assigned customer accounts in the office or during periodic visits to customer facilities
• Interface effectively with team members and customer(s)
• Control and monitor customer specific ERP system demands
• Forecast and sale order acceptance - Leadtime, resource constraints, price verification, approve & enter purchase orders
• Generate reports and track key performance metrics for each customer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum one (2) years' work experience, preferably in a similar role
• Strong working Excel experience (Pivot Tables, V-look ups)
• Experience working with purchase orders, invoices
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent MS Office knowledge, experience with ERP systems an asset
• Well-developed interpersonal/influencing skills to quickly develop a rapport with customers, determine their needs, explain our capabilities and handle customer concerns.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday : 8:00AM to 5:00PM OR 7:30AM to $:30PM with some OT
