Assembly - Full-time / Part-time

Assembly will assembly their main product lines Windrowers, Bailers, and Combines. Their process is very mechanical aptitude driven and requires someone that is very analytical and can think on their feet. This is not repetitive and fast paced rather blueprint reading step by step assembly that requires a lot of thinking and intelligence. Automotive background, Build Ups, Tear Down, rebuilding assembly, production and manufacturing is preferred. Farm Hands typically are great for this role as they know how to fix tractors, etc.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required or 3 years of relevant work experience related to manufacturing and labor intensive work environment.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing Experience on assembly line

Performance Expectations:

• attendance is key during the contract period of 9 weeks.
• Ability to maintain pace with a progressive assembly / production line.
• Lifting up to at least 50 pounds consisently
• the environment for their assembly is not like most it's actually 2 4 hour stints where they are assembling (taking apart, tear down, build back up) and it's very detail oriented and you have to keep pace because the process to get 1 done is 4 hours meaning you cannot miss steps or make mistakes, ensure they are ok with this and complete tasks efficiently.
