This position is moving QUICK!
Work thought queue to process medical claims that have been denied by insurance companies
Reach out to Insurance companies for incorrect charges on the medical claim
Resolve the claim with the insurance company through research and update and verify the correct information for the patient account
Follow up with Insurance companies through an internal, secure portal and by phone (most of the follow up will by the portal but need to be comfortable calling in as well)
Toggling between 10-15 systems on 2 monitors
