Major responsibilities include:

    * Requires attention to detail, good communication skills, organization skills, teamwork
    * Commitment to all Applebee's standards
    * Need to have combination of speed and stamina
    * Need to have the ability to work under pressure and also abiliy to work with others under pressure.
    * Need to be ability do some heavy lifting and to work in hot conditions.
    * Assure that all food procedures are followed per Applebee's specifications
    * Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
    * Follow all State & Applebee's sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

    * High School diploma or equivalent
    * Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience but not necessary
    * Need to be able to work as part of a team
    * Demonstrate professionalism in the work place
    * Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
